Prevent Balding Naturally

There are a few easy ways to help prevent balding naturally.

Here we focus on the hair products you use, and on diet.

1.. Use Safer, More Natural Hair Products to avoid baldness and hair loss

In order to prevent balding baturally, you need to have a simple understanding of the structure of hair.

The hair bulb is at the lower end of a hair follicle. If the hair bulb becomes damaged, it may keratinize and eventually die.

Ladies in particular are at risk of using hair products that cause baldness, but the growing use of hair products by men, also puts more men at risk of using products that cause loss of hair and baldness as well.

To help prevent this from happening, you need to be very protective of your hair where it joins the scalp.

You need to use the natural methods to look after it, so it won’t even break or split - I mean no lyes, dye, gels, etc…

When preventing balding naturally, you will often have to use different, more simpler, less chemicalised hair cleaners and hair conditioners.

Some people may tell you that your hair will look and feel awful, particularly those that have a financial interest in looking after your hair.

To some extent, these people are right.  There will often be an adjustment time for your hair when moving from one type of hair product to another.

There are many hair products which can give you different results, and it is best to compare their effect on your hair when you have your hair straight.

Balding can be very frustrating as well as embarrassing to men and women. Can you imagine yourself hairless and/or bald?

Well, one of my relatives had to.

He used a popular well advertised very chemicalized two in one and went bald.

One of the hair salons he visited told him that they couldn't say anything because the company that made it, stated they would sue anyone who linked their 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner to baldness, but the lady in the hair salon did tell him he wasn't the only one to lose his hair shortly after using it.

Although he then avoided using it, it was too late, he was never able to regrow it - he was only in his 20's at the time.

Our hair gives us the confidence to face people, baldness, hair loss and hair thinning can adversely effect our our self esteem, especially when we are young.

The loss of hair can really put us in a state of alarm; insecure to go out of the house.

However, hair loss mostly is hereditary and hormonal in nature, so although it is possible the hair products you use are causing your hair loss, most likely, they are not.  But the hair product issue is one you definitely need to look at.

It's still an easier way to prevent hair problems and particularly hair loss, by just avoiding the usage of hair products or hair treatments that can seriously affect your hair and which might be causing baldness - the more unnatural, the more chemicalised, the more their potential for doing damage to you hair bulb, resulting in hair loss.

Those products for hair beautification like hairsprays, dryers, bleach might be causing dryness and thinning then eventually the hair splits apart, possibly damaging the bulb. To avoid those not natural hair treatment items will result in some prevention of baldness.

In addition, there are chemical products which can adversely affect your hair - when exposed to them, it may cause poor hair development - those that are found in the swimming pools, for example, can in time lead to hair loss.

For us to lead a healthy life, you must choose a natural way of taking care of your hair, those more natural hair products are more beneficial for the most part.

2.. Improper Nutrition / Bad Diet

Diet is certainly a natural way to control hair loss and baldness.

Hair loss has been thoroughly researched, and researchers have noticed that diet can play a significant part for some.

Baldness may be due to insufficient iron or protein, and any other form of malnutrition / deficiency.

Even though miracle diets for weight loss and so on may sound extremely effective, they may not supply you with all the necessary nutrients and may cause damage to your hair.

Vitamin deficiencies, also due to a bad diet, also cause hair loss.

If yo want your hair to grow well, then you do have feed your hair properly, with a good balanced diet.
